I have been working at Wells Fargo (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Wells Fargo is a great company that offers the ability for growth for its performing team members. You are rewarded by the incentive plan if you are doing a great job!

    Cons

With the now "No Sales goals culture" it is limiting the opportunity for advancement and limited recognition during this time of change.

    Advice to Management

Continue to ensure even though there is limited growth that recognition continues. There are still a lot of team members that really appreciate the recognition!

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Been working from home for over 15 years. Most managers support 100% telecommuting if your role is not dependent on face-to-face contact. They are very supportive of work life balance.

    Cons

Recent bad publicity has put a damper on morale, but the company is doing their level best to make sure team members feel supported and valued and that we ride out the storm intact and better than ever.
