    Advice to Management

    There is a lot of low hanging fruit that management could do to improve WF processes and improve consistency but mgmt seems unwilling to make necessary changes

    WF is so large that moving to different areas of the bank or to different teams is generally unheard of

    Pros

    The amount of time you get off for volunteering, sickness and vacation is great. Team members are like families. Wells Fargo is a leader in diversity and inclusion.

    Cons

    Constant changes in the structure of the company puts a lot of pressure and stress on the team members. Pay is not as competitive as it could be.

    Advice to Management

    Reward non revenue producing team members as well

    Great supportive management and coworkers.
    Opportunity to grow with the company.
    Caring culture.
    Respectable pay for role.
    Excellent benefits, even at part-time level.

    Did not feel prepared to take on the role after completing a two week virtual teller training.

    I was really fortunate to have supportive management at my branch. Keep doing what you're doing!

    No holidays off, work all year long except for scheduled days off
