I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits are great, hours are reasonable, they hire pleasant people to work with, lots of opportunity for advancement, can't write enough about them.

    Cons

    Can't think of anything here...

    Advice to Management

Still, nothing to write except keep up the good work!

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very good paternity and maternity leave. Start off with 18 PTO days and paid holidays. Great 401k matching at 6% of annual salary

    Cons

Awful health insurance, very little talent recognition, slow advancement, money hungry company and management team. Team morale is very low when a company doesn't value you.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees and they will value you and your goals.

    Pros

there are no pros to this job. It is miserable.

    Cons

ALL they care about are SALES. Management is ridiculous and only care about their bonus. It is like pulling teeth to be off. More drama than a high school. WF is the biggest mistake of my life.

I worked at Wells Fargo part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of growth opportunities with a comprehensive online training library. Benefits for half-time workers.

    Cons

Sales goals are very high. Some of the customer service training seems condescending or non-applicable.

    Advice to Management

Refine customer service training. For new hires, start with the goals proration instead of having it hit them right before bonuses are announced.
