I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This company is everywhere. Works with your schedule and family life, great benefits and vacation time off.

    Cons

Inconsistenties with policies and procedures, makes it hard for customer, and can cause them to have a run around.

    Advice to Management

DM Help your district team members know how to improve their skills and grow with the company. Not all branches run smoothly, but because not everyone is on the same page of policy and procedures.

    Advice to Management

    More cross pollination between departments

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Being a major conglomerate, there is great training, plenty of opportunities to move up and out to different departments. Great working hours at this location, could choose, so I worked 7:30am to 4:00pm. Well-structured, assignments are clear. Relationship with management was good.

    Cons

While there are opportunities to move up and through the company, the process can be quite long, and internal hiring is not as easy as they make it seem when HR encourages such things in meetings. Efficiency of the tasks could also be improved, but at least they took our advice.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Paid time off, 401K, and good pay. Management feels organized, and there are absolutely no sales goals/referrals which creates a stress free environment.

    Cons

When sales goals were in place, the company was dreadful to work for. Now sales are eliminated but the drawbacks are cut in bonuses, and the attitude of the company is shifting into bureaucratic nonsense. Wells Fargo will be a different bank in 10 years.

    Advice to Management

Who even is the upper management?

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Treats employees very well, very professional workplace, with loads of benefits and retirement options. Very easy to get promoted and work your way up. The hours are simple, with ALOT of paid time off. As a lower team member, this job does not require outside of workplace work at all, making work and home balance very easy.

    Cons

You work for a company that very few people like, as a team member that very few people appreciate. The job sets high expectations with constant micromanaging in order to get very unappealing bonuses/passing scores.

    Advice to Management

Recognition of employees is very important. It would also look very good if Wells Fargo could take advice from it's lower day-to-day employees that actually meet with customers.
