    Pros

    Good benefits like tuition reimbursement

    Cons

There is some favoritism and some employees feel unimportant

    Advice to Management

The new policies for district managers that have them only communicate with branch managers make all other employees feel inferior

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Advancement opportunities
    OK benefits
    Allows 16 hours volunteer time

    Cons

Upper management, their superiors, and higher are corrupt as heck! The so called change only impacts community banking while other divisions of Wells Fargo operate under the old environment. Partner channels have ridiculous goals and constantly lie to CB partners to achieve SALES and REVENUE. If you want to get micromanaged, ridiculed behind closed doors, and be affiliated with sub par, classless people - join this bank. The things i have witnessed and continue to experience is crazy, unethical, and not aligned with the new core values WF continues to market. ALL BS... and if you are business owner, RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! And i would not trust any money with any advisors either. WF continues to hire unqualified candidates as no one wants to taint their name working for this company - i'm leaving soon but scared working for WF could have damaged my reputation. And if you are a minority business owner, do not ... DO NOT bank with this company!!!

    Advice to Management

Leave, you all are corrupt individuals and contradict everything you say by your gutless actions.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of growth opportunities, 401k plan, insurance, leadership is TRYING to do the right thing moving forward

    Cons

Leadership waited too long to impose change, currently lacking direction, in the news every other week, customers don't appreciate hearing bad news about their bank, incentives for hard working and honest people are now gone. CEO gave himself a 35% raise while employees received less than 1%. sad to see such a strong company falling apart.

    Advice to Management

good luck because you need it. Change for the better has negatively impacted the "team members"

    Pros

    16 weeks paid parental leave
Often become like family with coworkers
    Relatively easy job

    Cons

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I have worked within the banking field for 28 years. I have been with Wells Fargo since 2009. It is a great company to work for. They offer outstanding benefits including 4 months paid maternity leave. The starting salary is very competitive. The hours are great and some branches are closed on Saturday. Great customer service is the focus in everything they do. If you have awesome customer service skills everything else will come in time. The chance for advancement is achievable for everyone who works hard towards the goal.

    Cons

The annual merit increases in salary are very minimal. The turnover on the teller line is often.
