I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

the benefits such as 401k and maternity leave are great. Also the amount of PTO after 3 years is 5 weeks.

    Cons

No bonus since there are no sale goals....the only way to make extra bucks is through customer service which gets graded from 1 to 5 and its a branch score so even if you are pleasant and doing your job if another team member is not a ball of sunshine you might never see a bonus. It's really hard to move up.
