Pros
You have the ability to move up and make great money out of college. It's a very tough job and not an easy sell. If you get discouraged easy or need someone to hold your hand this is not the job for you.
Cons
It's a tough sell. Your primary goal was to sell subprime mortgages and other consumer loan prodcts. The money was nearly impossible to make after the economic crash in 2008.
Advice to Management
The turn over would be drastically reduced if more opportunities were opened up to for lateral moves between wells Fargo Financial and Wells Fargo.
