    Good infrastructure!

    If you get a good project and good understanding manager - best company to work for
    Pays well.

    Cons

    Hard to change projects in company.
    Promotions does not happen easy

    check middle management - few are fantastic and few are not at all.

    Pros

    Wellsfargo is one of the best company to work.
    Good salary.
    Good hike.
    Good work life balance.
    Since I joined Wells Fargo, I feel this is the best company ever worked.

    I sincerely thank my manager for giving good opportunity and all good things.

    Good Facilities, new building, great cafe. , food is okay not so tasty.

    Cons

    Don't recommend to friends. Operations environment means no mobile, no laptop

    Judge people based on Skill Set not on Region, same group as manager for hiring

    Manager is your God, if manager doesn't like you, then its gone.

    Would try to be as true as I can.

    # Infrastructure (Facility, Cafeteria and Other Infrastructure) - The best you would have ever come across.
    # Transport Facilities
    # Flexibility. Good work-life balance.

    Cons

    # Poor HR policies.
    # No support to the employee who is leaving the organization and time taking full and final settlement process.
    # Lethargic Work Culture
    # First level managers are like figurines. Senior Management is making the place a hell to work.
    # Work Culture. People have less work to do. Hence they spend time doing politics and spoiling the atmosphere for hard workers.

    Advice to Management

    * Sensitize your senior managers. This will set the stage and the notion correct for everyone.
    * Take exit interviews seriously.
    * Introduce swipe in and swipe out for some time so that employees take office timings seriously.
    * Respect the first level managers and the employees.
    * Tone down the over utilized work life balance for employees.
