    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay is really great, they aren't stingy.
    Benefits are also great.

    Cons

    - Their systems are lightyears behind and don't set you up for success.
    - Two week 9-5 training is done virtually and they leave out a lot of stuff
    - You're getting paid well to get harassed by management and to harass your customers for solutions/referrals
    - Due to a lot of stuff being left out from virtual training, you have to learn a good lump sum on your own.

    Advice to Management

Your referral heavy corporate culture and management style is disgusting. There's a better way to go about accomplishing sales goals.
