I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

PTO and benefits are great. Also great to meet new customers on daily basis. I enjoy when customers achieve their goals.

    Cons

Pay and Bonuses could be better. Also management is losing lots of employees due to the poor management. Even though we get lots of PTO sometimes its hard to take it because not enough banker at branch.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees more.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Wells Fargo has great opportunities for career advancement, provides job security, and has great vision and values.

    Cons

There is gap between underwriting, processing, and the sales team. It is hard to provide a great customer experience when you feel like you are working against each other and not all for the customer.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

world class training, non stop challenges, lots of opportunity for advancement, decent pay, good benefits

    Cons

a dog eat dog world. if you are at 100% of goal the question you will get asked is ""how are you going to get to 110% of goal?" if you are at 110% of goal you will be asked "how are you going to get to 120% of goal?" it can be exhausting to work there, nothing you do will be enough, can lead to burnout.

    Advice to Management

none, they know what they are doing
