I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

No micromanagement, early hours with overtime, opportunities to advance

    Cons

There are constant changes and it is hard to get everyone on the same page.

    Advice to Management

Quality managers should shadow your team members and learn their job if you didn't get promoted from a quality monitor but from a leadership role of another line of business.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Lots of PTO given - if business needs allow.

    Cons

This company hides behind their facade of ‘best intentions’ but they don’t treat their employees in meaningful beneficial ways. They are masters at “spinning” the work environment, team culture, and employee benefits in a way that sounds good in PR way but does not translate well to employee satisfaction.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

This is for a full time Wells Fargo employee in general and coming from someone who worked in the call center as a Phone Banker 1/2 and a Premier Phone Banker and eventually was promoted to Research/Remediation Analyst: Within a month of starting you receive benefits, and usually a prorated amount of time off, and at the beginning of each you you receive 144 paid hours off each year, then at your 3 year mark you receive...

    Cons

You will be hired for a position and thoroughly read the job requirements and get the job under the impression that you will be fulfilling those requirements only to, weeks after beginning that position and training is over, be informed that your job is going to be different. When you raise concerns about this because of prior information given to you it's laughed off and you're made to feel stupid for not catching on....

    Advice to Management

Actually care, you use the same buzzwords you teach us to use on customers on your employees. I know you think that because you're management we don't notice but we absolutely do and we not only find it laughable but insulting. You foster a tattle-tale culture while simultaneously claiming you don't, you also simultaneously tell us information is private and encourage us to confide our problems to management while divulging...

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Team building. Great people to work with.

    Cons

Favoritism. Very few chances for growth. Upper management will hinder your chances to move to different areas of the company if they don't like you.

    Advice to Management

    Stop playing favorites.

I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great support team, plenty of benefits, easy job. Great pay for the work actually being done. Very thorough training.

    Cons

Plenty of opportunity for advancement. just not much in Idaho. This is a really boring job. You just stand there all day.

    Advice to Management

Let your tellers sit during slow times. It physically hurts to stand all day long. A manager should be in the branch at all times to be available for approvals.

I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great Pay! Simple job! Lots of knowledge resources

    Cons

It's hard to get full time. As someone who is internal is seems more difficult to get the same job at other locations with more hours as well as move up. It doesn't matter if you have a degree or not it's all about experience you have.

    Advice to Management

Communication skills need some work, managers all depend on the branch as well but most are great.
