I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)
Not a lot. Paid time off is nice. Starts off at 18 days and goes up every 3-5 years.
Terrible pay. Unfair and unreal sales expectations. Cold calling. Can't get promoted unless you achieve the unreal sales expectations. On a daily basis they pressure to sell things to customers who don't want the products, but they will not hesitate to fire you if there is any question about an employee's sales quality.
Advice to Management
Instead of focusing on fake "proxy" a branch's success should be measured on real dollars. Bankers open 2nd checking accounts for a customers on a daily basis, only to close the original checking account a couple weeks later. THAT DOESN'T BRING IN ANY MONEY FOR THE BANK.
