I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The quarterly compensation system seems to be a little more realistic compared to other financial institutions.

    Cons

The hourly/salary paid to higher branch leader positions versus the amount of work that needs to be completed on a daily basis.

    Advice to Management

Definitely a great stepping stone for other great opportunities that may be more beneficial financially.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Easy to move up in this company as long as you keep good with the upper management and stay on their good side.

    Cons

Hard to get bonuses and management will be on you if you don’t do things like observations and lots of paper pushing.

    Advice to Management

    Hard to move anywhere

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Enormous footprint. Over 6000 branches, which means you can go anywhere in the United States and have a job. Strong benefits package, three weeks PTO, generous maternity/paternity leave, affordable medical, dental, vision etc.

    Cons

Plagued by sales scandals. Seems to be in the media night and day for new regulatory failures. Pay is slightly below industry average. Completely unrealistic to make a living in any position lower than Branch Manager.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more, especially now that the Trump administration has given you such a large tax break. This will increase retention and create a more positive work environment.
