    Approves of CEO

    Pros

the name wells carries respect with it you are recognised as the real thing as apposed to coming fron a local no name brokerage

    Cons

in the company itselft much improvment could be made to how they treat their employees pay could be better and threats are not a motivator

    Advice to Management

work with employees as a team not with the god complex currently in place when you are happy and respected you are content

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Somewhat competitive products not much more to mention

    Cons

And service very scrutinized under litigation very stringent with loan terms and conditions , endless paperwork miscommunication a lot of demands low pay

    Advice to Management

They have a lot to shape up still and a long way to go. Reiterating all the negative media unfortunately is somewhat true and a lot is because of pressure to fill quotas and co. Demand of production .
