    Pros

Wells Fargo Advisors is a great place to work because it has great Employee benefits, a collaborative work environment, and strong team member network.

    Cons

The politics that exist in any large corporation like Wells Fargo make it difficult to make decisions in a timely manner to meet deadlines.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Work flexibility, large network that is supportive, positive culture, very involved Employee Network groups, outstanding benefits

    Cons

Only one Con- Smaller LOBs have trouble with process improvement and change in general (lag of older Wachovia employees). It's really difficult to persuade these employees to change their ways and collaborate/adapt for the better of the team. When someone has been doing the same exact role for 20 years, it's hard to change.

I worked at Wells Fargo as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

There some very smart people working at Wells Fargo. The company offer a really good work environment and perks.

    Cons

The disconnect between application development team and Enterprise causes problems that impact the software development efforts.Additionally, specifically to the team I worked with, they didn't have good onboarding procedures.

    Advice to Management

Create more meaning engagement between Enterprise IT team and product development team in the business units to minimize the impact to their software development efforts.

I worked at Wells Fargo as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Nice folks to work with

    Cons

Some folks micromanage the wrong people and contractors have no protection if one person starts gossip based on performance that's micromanaged.
