I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year
A very open and easy going environment. Every one is very congenial and friendly for the most part. HR processes and protocols are very well defined. The company seems to be relatively fair in the way they address salary and bonus.
Wells Fargo does not seem to have a strong leadership or strategic direction, which make the work environment a little chaotic, not unusual for the Financial Services Industry, but they seem to be a little below par. Roles and responsibilities are not very well defined, allowing overlap, inefficiency and creating potential ownership conflict. Advice to Management
Recognize management as a skill. Develop and promote strong leadership. Make bold and decisive business decisions and hold leaders accountable. Know where you want to be in the market and focus on the specific goals to get there; vague and all inclusive strategies do not provide an adequate foundation for achievement.Wells Fargo2015-10-28
