    Pros

Many growth opportunities. Always plenty of work to be done. Stay busy time flies. Helping customers find solutions to this financial needs is very rewarding.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Wells Fargo has great health insurance, dental insurance, liberal time off policy and personal leave policy.

    Cons

Poor management, lots of turnover, no new ideas from managers yet they want you to relentlessly produce more work. The training provided is not applicable to your actual job duties. Favoritism and nepotism is rampant.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees as they are the ones actually performing the job at hand. Do not try to re-invent the wheel. Sometimes the tried and true way of doing a job IS the best way to do the job. Operations people are not salesmen. Hold sales people accountable instead of just piling more work onto the processing staff.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've enjoyed the people I work with since I began at Wells Fargo.

    Cons

The structure of WFDS is very poor, and the pay is average. This is my first time in collections, so I imagine that the role is fairly consistent across the board as a not very enjoyable position.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Professional atmosphere. Nice looking working spaces. Work tools easily accessible.

    Cons

No chairs to rest on. No bonus unless opened unneeded accounts and unwanted debit cards. Managers in and out of branch never built report with customers or coworkers.

    Advice to Management

Hiring a teller in only slightly above minimum wage doesn't improve your quality of employees. I was great at my job but because the pay wasn't good unless I was promoted made me seek employment elsewhere. I stood I one spot for 8 hours straight with no seating to rest and had swollen feet at 27 years old. You should allow people to wear business casual without collars too.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Some of the people are decent, though there is a culture of gossip and cliques that dominate most of the staff.

    Cons

Extremely low pay, I am looking at positions outside the bank and my first offer (from another bank) is twice what anyone in the office is making for the exact same job. Culture is awful, if you ever wanted an example of a corrupt old boys club or a 1984 esque slave factory Wells is that place. The Management spends the entirety of their day on phone calls achieving nothing while making three to four times the workers pay, meanwhile the workers do the majority of the labor and problem solving with little compensation or recognition. There is a victim culture among employees who submit orders, if they don't get their phone yesterday they send out massive CC emails with their bosses, bosses' bosses, and higher up attached making a mountain of a molehill which then in turn is the only thing that prompts the management to take notice long enough to bring the hammer down on the employees despite the known fact they are overloaded and working as hard as they can. Don't ever try to call into question the pay inequality or tenure system else suffer the wrath of the old boys. I had my manager essentially tell me that if I shut up and do as I am told and accept my garbage pay for 10 years I join the Tenure club and can finally get a raise or a promotion. I once created a document proving that the lowers producers with the longest tenure had the highest wages while the lowest paid with the least tenure not only made less but performed 90% of work in the department. After doing I lost all my rights and privileges and barely managed to keep my job and spent my days as a second class citizen for Months until I was forgiven, despite only sharing that document with my manager for their review. Wells Fargo is like most international corporations a hot bed of evil, their only goal is to profit at the expense of their employees and customers.

    Advice to Management

None, the only solution for places like this is for regulation to tear them apart and jail the executives and decision making share holders.

    Pros

It's a laid back environment and they have pretty good benefits.

    Cons

They don't always have a clear direction where they are going technology wise, however, things have been improving lately.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good team , good management, flexibility, good location, remote work option. Great diversity. Lots options to try something new. Training classes available and career options.

    Cons

Hours and training. Weekends involved sometimes, workload can pile on. Training is mostly on the job and getting approval back to train offsite can be very challenging. Technology can be an issue sometimes

    Advice to Management

    Help with training new employees
