I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great opportunities within the company.
    Fun and exciting work environment.
    Great benefits
    401k with a match
Wells Fargo understands that by putting its employees first that we are in better positions to help our customers become successful financially.

    Cons

I have only been with the company for a little over a month so as of now I don’t have anything bad to say about the company. I guess I could say that I feel for anyone that had to deal with the sales driven version on Wells Fargo.

    Advice to Management

Continue to lead by example! Remember to take the time to coach your team members so that everyone has the chance to be successful!
