I have been working at Wells Fargo for less than a year

    Pros

There are none. Don't work here.

    Cons

Terrible management, terrible pay for work required (especially with what our recruiter is getting paid for us), no communication between departments, bad hiring practices, training is a farce, management was trained at the same time with the same level of knowledge as new employees, Wells Fargo bitterness over still being 'reminded' they were in lawsuits, uneven work load, producers are punished for excelling

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Decent time off if you stay long enough, growth opportunities, easy to make friends at work as the teams look out for each other

    Cons

Major decisions and initiatives take place at the regional or higher level leaving the local teams feeling powerless. Recent decisions to "consolidate" business channels and "streamline" operations has resulted in job eliminations and grueling working conditions for operations/compliance and non-production roles. Operation Liaison role has been eliminated. No doubt the firm trying to save money cutting costs since Wells Fargo as an enterprise is now under a fed mandated asset cap.
