I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Company offers great benefits.

    Cons

If you are part of the support staff in an Advisors branch, you will not get equal representation from your manager because they are paid off of the Financial Advisor's assets. They will always side with the assets if you have any issues.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Opportunity to work on diverse client projects and learn a lot if you are a hands on learner with an established foundation.

    Cons

Leadership varies by office and is driven from the Managing Director with little interaction from a regional vp . This lack of organizational structure leaves room for a limited career path, and limited opportunity for growth.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Diverse backgrounds of colleagues. Strong management team. Very good initial training. Great resources/products.

    Cons

It's a very tough industry to get started from the ground. Quite honestly I have all of the tools I need to be successful and I should be doing better than I am. Any trainee getting started had better have a good network and one hell of a business plan.

    Advice to Management

Keep on top of the trainees.
