I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Being part of a great team, feeling accomplished, working with great clients, benefits, pay and PTO.

    Cons

The lies that management continues to spew and the thankless work they demand daily, without truly caring about anything but the $$$. Words are spoken about how much the company cares, but I truly believe proud founder, Henry Wells is turning in disgust in his grave at what has become of his good name and the company he built. Shame on those people that have broke the spirit of so many loyal employees and clients... with the deceit and fraud of recent years. No good can possibly come of merely changing a media campaign. I had hoped to retire after spending 21+ years of dedicated work, but instead was given a pink slip along with 1,200 of my fellow team members. For those of a certain age, being laid off but not old enough to retire, Wells Fargo didn't care, only that it saves them money to pay their fines levied by the US Government for crimes against their customers.
