I worked at Wells Fargo for less than a year

    Pros

Great Co-Workers and I had a great manager. She praised me all the time about how well I was doing.

    Cons

Not enough training and it's not what you know, it's who you to get hired.

    Advice to Management

Hire people who are doing their work, not your friends.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Pros? None really, you do get to talk to lots of different types of people which makes it interesting. Sad part is you are only listening to them so that you can turnaround and sell them an extra checking account.

    Cons

Salary is pathetic, sales pressure is extreme, bonus or incentives are not great and I reach silver and gold. This is one place I can't wait to leave. But a job is a job

    Advice to Management

    Stop and quit
