I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Opportunies for growth, you can move up and around quickly. Diverse, paid holidays, Pre filled PTO banks, Incentive compensation, Tuition reimbursement, Kincare, FMLA, and LOA

    Cons

Management is messy, micromanaging, unprofessional, and two-faced. Politics are huge here. They love brown-nosers. I've worked in various lines of business and the management has the same culture. Must be displayed from higher ups since so many are modeling this behavior. At the end of the day, your just a number. So don't make it too much priority, it's just a job.

    Advice to Management

Don't let your title go to your head. Be genuine, be positive. Value your dedicated team members if you want them to give there best performance.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are great, the people I work with are awesome.

    Cons

Sales/Metrics are horrible, lighten up will ya? If the customer cannot afford a loan why should I recommend it?

    Advice to Management

    Don't be so pushy...

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits and employee training. They will give you hands on training to make sure your ready to succeed.

    Cons

They do have a low pay structure but you can add to it through commission or quarterly bonuses.

    Advice to Management

I really think that they make enough money to pay employees little bit more starting out.

  10. "Good Company, Low Pay"

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The benefits are pretty good and the company has been around for a while which is good for job security.

    Cons

The closer you work with customer's, the less money you make. Call center positions make the least amount of money and the compensation incentives are hard to obtain and is peanuts compared to the money that you make the bank off of referring products to customer's.

    Advice to Management

Re-vamp pay structure for call centers and stop being old fashioned when it comes to what you offer employees. WF makes billions of dollars as a financial institution and has done nothing to make the workplace like tech companies.
