I worked at Wells Fargo part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits for part time, employee discounts, Sunday’s off. The managers at my branch were great and flexible. Made friends with other employees who worked there.

    Cons

At the time sales were a big push and I’m not a fan of sales. I think now they’ve changed the rules and it’s not such a big deal

    Advice to Management

My personal manager was awesome and I wouldn’t have changed a thing

I worked at Wells Fargo part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits medical dental vision, part time work, sales commissions, 20 a week, Pto per hours worked great people

    Cons

Sales quotas, full time work hard to come by, promotions depended on whether or not you can make your sales goals, must hit goal in sales goals only to move up in the company

    Advice to Management

Less pressure on sales goals for promoting and more coaching and information on the products that you must sale and offer. More customer needs based rather then sales based
