Sales quotas, full time work hard to come by, promotions depended on whether or not you can make your sales goals, must hit goal in sales goals only to move up in the company
Advice to Management
Less pressure on sales goals for promoting and more coaching and information on the products that you must sale and offer. More customer needs based rather then sales based
