    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Opportunity to grow. Remote opportunities. Flexible work arrangements. Volunteer paid days.

    Cons

Promotions are rare within same department. Managers may require you to take on a new role, additional role, or additional responsibilities without question. Have to move departments for possible salary increase and next move up in your career. Unfair hiring and compensation practices that validates there is a gender and minority pay gap problem within the organization. No sick days- all lumped into paid time off. Expected...

    Advice to Management

Volunteer and Community efforts are good, but there should be more focus on developing and rewarding employees for their hard work, efforts, and believing in the corporate vision despite the negative publicity and backlash.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Stable Company, decent pay and benefits. Good amount of growth opportunity and generally an all inclusive environment that attempts to provide a positive work life balance.

    Cons

Defiantly standard corporate America. Top heavy with management that is usually new and ill informed. Fosters extreme changes to new process/procedures with little insight on previous past failed attempts and little lower level employee input to impacts. Layoffs seem to be common place.
