I have been working at Wells Fargo

    Pros

There is potential for fast promotion within the good corporate structure that wells has in place. There is a lot of flexibility in hours full time, part time, or "flex" time.

    Cons

there is alot of pressure on sales goals. Your entire job revolves around selling banking products.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget what its like to be @ the branch level, most people above store manager level within retail banking are so far removed that they implement lots of garbage in terms of paperwork and procedure.

    Pros

    Hours, pay, benefits, atmosphere, cafeteria

    Cons

It's a call center. If you dont mind being in a call center then it's a great place to work.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

I have been working at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Set hours & mostly weekends off. Good pay & benefits. Good training. Alot of meetings break up work day. Fun co-workers.

    Cons

Micro-managed, too much! If have a great sales day, expected to always perform that good or better & then if don't meet these high expectations, have to have meetings on why you didn't perform that well. Often had to fill out sheet on what tactics you were going to use to be able to meet your goals better at beginning of shift. Too many one-on-one performance meetings, like weekly! These meetings were always about how...

    Advice to Management

Be more laid back, watching people like a hawk & spying on them makes your employees resent you and the job. Be realistic on the high expected goals.
