    Pros

    Very organized and maybe to organized which sometimes makes it hard to locate needed information quickly. Very precise and detail in providing instructions and the work process is simple

    Cons

    Maybe not as family friendly as Wachovia in some of the benefits offered but I do like the fact they offer HSA to everyone not just Wachovia execs. They will terminate you without hesitation for those not performing to their high standards. That is actually a pro but as employees we dont always view it that way. You will not be doing someone elses work and carrying their load. They tend to pay less then what Wachovia...

    Advice to Management

    Be good to your people, your being watched from below and above and often lower end managers end up working for those that served underneath. Aot of career bankers from Wachovia are still with the company
