    Pros

Good environment. Nice management and co workers. Good benefits. Everyone works together to get things done quickly. Things seem to go quickly

    Cons

Hated selling other products to customers. Felt like I was wasting their time when if they wanted something they can clearly ask.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great product set in The Private Bank.

    Cons

The reputation of the company is difficult to position against the competitors. Clients ask about it and morale is low. Upcoming reorganization (but they don't call it that) is coming. If joining you can probably negotiate high as it is hard to get quality people.

    Advice to Management

Get your act together. Clients are watching.

    Pros

Great company with awesome benefits. You really do build a family while you're here while gaining a world of knowledge.

    Cons

Needs to review pay scale. The promotion process is so archaic, it seems easier to leave the company to promote then to stay.

I have been working at Wells Fargo as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Learning and Development Programs opportunities

    Cons

Compliance & Auditor driven; favoritism/cliques are prominent in Support staff - lack of team spirit/focus. Ops help contacts refer caller to computer-based information portal information - generally first line of help; but even Ops help tells caller where to click to find info. Wells Fargo Bank reputation damaging to Wells Fargo Advisors LOS. Fees. Red tape. Technology antiquated.

    Advice to Management

come up with & initiate a business model to go back to Client driven mission rather than Compliance, Auditor & Administrative paperwork driven business.
