I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good work-life balance, lots of opportunity for growth and movement, vertically or laterally. With economic recovery, our division is definitely expanding. I'm a technical (mostly) worker, and looking to switch industries, so take my review with a grain of salt if you're really into FS.

    Cons

Big company, can lose career focus if you stay fixed on the minutia and company processes. Benefits have degraded down to average. I'm a technical (mostly) worker, and looking to switch industries, so take my review with a grain of salt if you're really into FS.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great work life balance, lots of vacation, benefits are good for now, but slipping. If you know how to play the game your time here can be a breeze.

    Cons

There are way too many management layers to get anything done quickly. Also, there is a need for everyone to agree on everything before moving projects forward. This can take a long time and be incredibly frustrating, especially if you have perfectionists in your group with no desire to negotiate.
