I have been working at Wells Fargo
Great Hours, Excellent PTO, and great employees(not management).
Sales, sales, and more sales. Manangement is so concern about numbers that they have lost connection with the customers and employees. Their expectation from employees are unreal. They constantly let the employees know that can be replaced. They are constantly putting other banks down.
Advice to Management
Lay off on sales. Start putting themselves in the employees shoes and try to maintain the employees and the customers that you got. Stop offering customers products that they don't need.Wells Fargo2010-04-11
