I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wonderful team atmosphere, unlimited opportunities on current team or new team, challenging, management is great and nurtures talent, mentor opps are good, barriers between team and partner teams are nonexistent

    Cons

No flexibility, weak benefits for new employees, unable to work from home, executive leaders work at painstakingly slow speeds to sign off on advancements, at the time of publishing this review: it’s hard to respect this company as an employee due to settlements, cell phone service is next to none

    Advice to Management

Act quicker, become more flexible, develop other ways to reward employees since you cannot change the PTO/benefits package

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fast paced environment, helping people with severe issues, you learn everything there is about mortgages and what can go wrong. Very rewarding assisting people.

    Cons

You are dealing with people during their hardest times. The job is emotionally draining, lots of mandatory overtime, no control over schedule. Literally people screaming/crying at you for 8-10hrs a day. Eventually even the hardest-skinned people within the department having issues.

    Advice to Management

The pay is an absolute joke when you consider the amount of risk being mitigated. Millions and millions of dollars saved in lawsuits, penalties, fees, etc. Nothing is done to keep morale up. Rules, laws, and plans change on a whim.

    Pros

Good pay and benefits. There was plenty of work that needed to be done and you were constantly busy.
