    Pay is better than most, banks, vacation time, work life balance is good.


    Sales goals are way too high, will make you want to do unethical practices to hit goals, if you take too long with a customer due to a good conversation which builds rapport and leads to sales your looked at as a bad worker. You will only move up if they like you no other way.

    Advice to Management

    Lower sales goals and focus more on good service as appose to just high sales.
