I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)
Company has made great changes since sales integrity problems. Focus is less on sales and more about the customer. Company has great benefits and work/life balance is great. Pay is reasonable however the personal banker 1 position is only about $6000 more per year than a teller which doesn't seem competitive to the industry standard.
Management's areas of focus always changing within your role. Very challenging to move up past personal banking side into financial advising and private banking. Education not stressed enough for advancement on the retail banking side.
