    Pros

    Off on Sundays. Get off early on Saturdays.

    Cons

    Sales job. Ridiculous goals. If you don't make goals, you are automatically written up until terminated.

    Pros

    The environment is fun, need more employee/manager interaction in order to build the morale of employees. Dealer services can great start to a career with Wells Fargo.

    Cons

    Working nights and weekends, opportunities are minimum, the more you know the harder it is for you to become a candidate in other areas in the office.

    In order to retain good talent you have to recognize the positive impact team members have with customers and appreciate all they do..

    Pros

    They are nationwide so if you move around the USA alot there is always a wells fargo. Great benifits medical and dental and 401k match of 6% dollar for dollar

    Cons

    Managment love top performing bankers but they will not promote them to managers due to they like the operation mindset of a teller. What they preach and so is night and day. Customer service is horrendous.
