I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great PTO and benefits package. The opportunity to progress within the company is great!

    Cons

The pay is fair but not great. Some areas of management don't do a great job of encouraging your development. They also need to streamline a process for feedback for front office to back office. There is a lot of feedback the branch team members can give to the back office and tech teams to make everyone's job so much easier.

    Advice to Management

Encourage a mentorship program where candidates that express their interest to progress can partner with someone in the role and meet often.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great opportunity to advance with company. Fair market salary but even better benefits.

    Cons

The workload can be strenuous sometimes. Systems could function a lot better. Accountability is preached down, not up. Management can be so stressed and busy that they do not have the time to help you fine tune your skills.

    Advice to Management

There should be a direct way for employees to give feedback on processes and systems. We are the voice of Wells Fargo because we are the advocates for the customer. We control the moral of the branches so they should make an easier way to voice out feedback beyond our direct manager.
