    Cons

    Pay could be a little more, need to put in time to get promotion.

    Departments have extra money , occasional pay raises would reduce turnover

    Pros

    okay pay, friendly staff. good work and life balance for a banking job. good perks, birthday cakes and stuff

    Cons

    deadlines to meet. little authority to do things you want to do. job is interesting at first but got very repeatitive and boring later on

    Pros

    The ability to learn how to process mortgage docs post closing. Being able to work on learning standard and production goals while reviewing files.

    Cons

    Managers, and work directors who only hire east , and west Africans. Individuals with other ethnic backgrounds are discriminating against when trying to apply there.

    Show tolerance and enlightenment towards your Employee.

    Pros

    It's a job that you have while you look for another one

    Cons

    Worst mgmt (typically kids in their late 20's or early 30's that don't have any mgmt experience and they got their job by being a friend of some other kid who is a manager) processors have no motivation to do their job, closing dept will ensure you miss your closing

    It's a great place to grow and enhance your career path in this big world with Wells Fargo. Great employment opportunity, wonderful staff and leaderships. Team lunch every month.

    Cons

    Laying off way too much employee do to there very low poor judgement of hiring staff. Once a year, thousands of employee get hit by Wells Fargo. Rather if they are hired or contract.

    Advice to Management

    Hire people who are bad with interview because they are the most determine people who are willing grow and learn, focus hard and work hard to give that company a better image. Then, those who are dame perfect at interview.
