    No downsides. I have had the opportunity to work at several branches and have seen different management styles. Each branch has a different management culture, but overall every branch I've worked for has had amazing team members and managers.

    I'm trying to think of something positive. The training is good. Technology is good. Raises are virtually non existent. Benefits are good

    Cons

    Sales sales sales. You're not appreciated as an individual. Feels very cut throat. Difficult to move up in the corporation. You're only as good as your numbers.

    Sales-driven, can get stressful due to the high amount of customers on teller lines

    Wells Fargo Advisors agreements with mutual fund companies is the largest in the industry, given your clients greater breadth of investment options.

    Their training program is great.

    Mentor ship in the first year could have been begetter and more accessible.
