    Pros

good bonus. company generated leads. the hours kinda suck - have to be there until 6pm most days. many customers have existing products with the bank so its not exactly cold calling

    Cons

shutting down business units within 60 days. business is being rolled up into the bank and other divisions of wells fargo.

    Advice to Management

don't be so "clicky'. dont just promote your friends and those who you like. take a look at the numbers and promote those who are loyal all the time - not just out on the golf course.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some of the best training in the industry, if not the best. No matter your position, an emphasis will be placed on sales and they're going to show you how to sell. There are so many career paths to choose from with this company, everyone can find something for them.

    Cons

Compensation is limited, better if sales numbers are met, but still limited. Compensation and customer-satisfaction surveys are flawed. Skewed toward the company, and not the employee. Management structure is designed as such that the lower-tiered employees must have some luck or be a favorite of a boss to succeed.

    Advice to Management

Modify the structure of the customer-satisfaction surveys to be more fair for lower-tiered employees. Better compensation structure will encourage more employees to meet sales quotas.
