I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, PTO, bonuses, overall fun work environment

    Cons

Don’t make as much money as you should for the amount of hard work you put into it. Some branches have team member favoritism. And working on Saturdays till 5pm

    Advice to Management

Close all branches by 2pm on Saturdays, compensate tellers more.

I worked at Wells Fargo (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits and thorough training. Pleasant work atmosphere and congenial co-workers. Supervisors always available to answer questions. Fair level of pay.

    Cons

Difficult to reach clients during working hours and usually several attempts were required, creating a backlog. Negotiating with creditors was sometimes stressful.

    Advice to Management

Overall, management is attentive and responsive. A period of "shadowing" experienced employees might be helpful.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits including paid time off, dental insurance and health insurance.

    Cons

Overworked, underpaid and expected to give 110% every second of the day. While the amount of paid time off received is acceptable, it's impossible to have vacation time approved due to a lack of staff.

  4. "Wells Fargo Was Very Up front about the fact that they do not care about their Commissioned Mortgage Consultants"

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

They pay well based on the fact that ~50% of your business comes from their existing customers. Where else can Branch Managers and Mid-Level Managers make over $300,000 annually. No other industry that I know of.

    Cons

Incompetent Mid-Level Management. No true commitment to customer service or caring about customers. They act like they care in the media and ads, but behind closed doors, it's all about dollars.
