I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The list starts with: great benefits, networking opportunities, community involvement, awesome coworkers, strong commitment to encouraging team members to volunteer, collaborative environment.

    Cons

Wells Fargo is a large company with a growing presence on the international front. Sometimes, in large companies, team members are reduced to just a number. To overcome this, you have to be diligent in connecting and building relationships and your professional network.

    Advice to Management

    Together we will go far...

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Beefits package is good. Decent vacation, though no sick days, and all bank holidays.

    Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for advancement in administation (not customer-facing).

    Advice to Management

Pay administrative/support staff better - you can't do it without us

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wells Fargo does care about their employees. There's plenty of room of growth and career achievement. I had the pleasure of working with a group of ambitious and driven people who I admire very much.

    Cons

Raises were very minimal. If you wanted a huge jump in salary, the best advice is to move to a different position within the company.

    Advice to Management

I think there should be more company-sponsored team building events especially those not in management.

I have been working at Wells Fargo (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Culture and management are incredible! Great people with good intentions.

    Cons

Very compliance driven institution, which slows down productivity a bit, but at the end of the day, it's why they are one of the best financial institutions in the world.

    Pros

Great company culture. Management cares about their markets and teams. This company really cares about giving back to the communities that they serve.

    Cons

If you do not have a clear career path lined up then it can be hard to identify areas of advancement.

    Pros

The benefits are some of the best

    Cons

No opportunity for advancement in administrative

    Advice to Management

where to start? Workers are treated sub human - like meat to the slaughter. Easy come, easy go. That's why there's a super high turnover - EVEN in these times. Completely ANAL. They will write you UP about anything and everything. If you make a mistake, they will look for a reason to let you go. Trust Me...no matter how well you do your job, it's not good enough for certain executives. The worst thing is how the management treats you, and the things they say to you. I could go on and on - but if you're thinking of working for this company - DON'T DO IT! unless you love hating to go to work everyday - Love managers who love (literally) to make you miserable, love management who threaten to fire people every day (and do) etc, etc. If you LOVE micro management, you'll thrive here.

A pleasant work environment, great management and co-workers.

    Cons

The regional office was closed a year after I started.

    Advice to Management

Include employees in organizational changes prior to the changes taking effect.
