I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The benefits are amazing! They are pretty cheap to. The PTO is awesome and normally your managers are pretty flexible.

    Cons

They push referrals down your throat as well as the customer's. Sometimes it doesn't matter if the referrals even benefit the customer, you just have to make the sale.

    Advice to Management

When you hire people into store management roles make sure that they has some banking experience. It is really had to take orders from somebody who has no idea what your job is.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Strong team environment, rich company history

    Cons

No work/ life balance, expectations exceed compensation, unrealistic sales goals if trying to accomplish them ethically, hostile work environment from the highest levels trickles down, high turnover due to these issues contributes to an inability to accomplish sales goals

    Advice to Management

Managers should only work a 5 day workweek, which is in line with competitors. Less micromanaging will create a better work environment and better sales. Having more realistic sales goals will result in happier employees, which will create less turnover and higher productivity and profits.
