I worked at Wells Fargo as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great exposure to deals and clients, comprehensive training program and well known brand name. Great culture in wholesale banking - people are generally very nice and helpful opposed to many other banks.

    Cons

Wells has a lot of management issues at the moment and it is affecting all areas of the business. A lot of internal turmoil, which does not seem like it will let up anytime soon.

    Advice to Management

Fix issues once and for all so the employees and offices that have nothing but the highest standards of integrity can move on from all the scandals.
