    Great place to learn and the team invests in your learning/development
    Open, collaborative, and (dare I say) fun atmosphere, especially for a big bank
    Despite what is in the news, everyone I've worked with are highly ethical and good to work for
    Tons of opportunity across different parts of the organization if you want a role change

    Cons

    Job can be stressful at times although hours are normally good
    Public perception of the organization is not high in public/media

    The management really cares about your development and also invests in development. In addition, the Company gives opportunities to change career paths if you find yourself unhappy.

    Base pay and bonuses are low compared to market and annual raises barely meet inflation rates.

    Complete Underwriting training and focus on both credit and relationship development within the Corporate Bank.
    Team oriented environment and very focused on talent development
    Locations across the country

    Cons

    Hard job to get. Have to be a finance or accounting major or a top candidate out of college.
    Development involves a lot of practice underwriting. Might seem mundane but great for getting lots of complete talents in Finance

    Advice to Management

    Cultivate talent earlier. Get into schools across the country and recruit more heavily out of Ivies/Stanford/Michigan.
