I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good training, good hours, big company with many departments.

    Cons

High stress with customers, no too much space to grow in branch level.

    Advice to Management

Give more Human Resource training to branch managers, like conflict resolution and leadership.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The did away with high pressure sales goals. This was, however, after they were investigated and charged with opening up 3 million fraudulent accounts.

    Cons

They did away with sales goals. Awesome! But they failed to find other opportunities for bankers to replace the lost wages that sales/leads would generate. Let us not us forget the 5K employees immediately fired, 200 branch closings, and daily upset consumers reporting to the bank daily.

    Advice to Management

Wages are the lowest In the industry. There is a reason for your high turnover. Meet industry standards!

I worked at Wells Fargo part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The interview process was good, everyone was nice. Employees were great. The pay was good for me at the time. Easy work

    Cons

I enjoyed working with the company but overall didn't seem too diverse. Every branch had a majority of Spanish speaking employees. Seems like the only way to move up is to be bilingual.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Pay, company cares about its people. Very diverse company. Promotes with in. Quarterly bonuses. Flexible schedule.

    Cons

Company does have sales goals that I think are a little high. If you have a problem with an upper management, if you say something it can sometimes come back to haunt you.
