I worked at Wells Fargo as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    awesome workplace environment
cliche but the people actually are awesome
    decent pay for work responsibilities

    Cons

sometimes could get a little slow, the main reason for this which an intern must understand is that your direct managers cant necessarily invest a massive amount of time training you up for a position when you will be gone in just a few months

    Advice to Management

none, wells fargo internship program was absolutely awesome, if you get the opportunity, absolutely take it
