I enjoyed this job because I was able to build relationships with the customers I would see regularly. Bank hours and having bank holidays off were great.
I am a great sales person but to have sales goals as high as they did when my branch only saw the same walk in customers every day was a little frustrating. As a teller walk in traffic was my only way to meet sales goals, which I was able to do.
Advice to Management
If you would like tellers to hit and exceed their current sales goals give them other opportunities to find new leads.
