The expectations of employees are very clearing laid out, good insurance and benefits options available.
Raises in salary are few and far between. You must be prepared to sell products to succeed in addition to bank duties. The amount of tasks asked to complete each day is far more work than the salary compensates for.
Advice to Management
The people on the bottom that you depend on to keep your company growing and to refer to platform for sales are very unhappy with the stresses and pressures put on by service managers to cover themselves to regional leaders and above.Wells Fargo2010-11-25
