      There have been a lot of recent change internally in management which has been hard. It's been like losing members of a family.

      Lied about promotional opportunities, too strong of a sales push - not looking out for the customer, manager didn't have much concern for employees or their development, system technologies unimpressive

      Pros

      The regulars customers are like family. Bonus can be good sometimes. Give time to volunteer in the community.

      Cons

      You have to kiss butt to advance. A lot of the posted jobs are already filled before interviewing.

      Advice to Management

      Everyone including management has room to learn. Stop picking and choosing what is right and wrong from day to day. Just because someone does something differently doesn't mean its wrong. Leave personal feelings of co workers at the door. Just because you are having a bad day doesn't mean everyone should suffer too!

      Can move up fast if you do your job.

      Cons

      Company closing branches quickly. Going digital and taking away from branch banking. Pay isn’t good. Bonus is poor. Say they don’t have goals but they really do but never will write them down they are just verbal. Constant lawsuits hurt your business.

      I worked at Wells Fargo part-time for less than a year

      Pros

      I loved the fun atmosphere, days are consistent, busy all day long, very helpful management, & staff becomes a second family

      Cons

      I got the impression that Sales Goals came before Customer Service. We were constantly told to push product at all times.

      You get more business by delivery 5/5 Customer Service.
