    Pros

Excellent Company to work for. Truly cares about the community and the employees. Lots of potential to advance in many different lines of business.

    Cons

Some leadership roles candidates are promoted without having the proper experience which can cause friction and serious retention issues. Immaturity in senior leadership positions can also be very prevalent when decisions are made to quickly to hire candidates that don't have enough life and industry experience.

    Advice to Management

Do your homework when it comes to hiring senior leaders. I am not saying that you can't hire someone "young" for these roles but when they are younger than the majority of their direct reports(positions with 80-90 employees) EXPERIENCE is key.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great company with great benefits, such as fair amount of paid time off, paid holidays, health and life insurance coverage. Discount on any other insurance. The company culture is great.

    Cons

You have to work like a cow all the time. The managers are too aggrassive. They do not care about anything, but will screw you up by opening 10 different account that you do not need. The pay is low comparing the stress you carry 24/7.

    Advice to Management

Management has no great education to teach the bankers the right thing, but to teach them how to be unethical. They do not care about anything, except their pay check and their comission check. They are always up your throat reminding you how suck you are at, no matter, even if you had a great day with ethical sales.
