    I worked at Wells Fargo

    Pros

I'm sorry to say their are no Pros.

    Cons

Over worked, poor management. You will be held responsible for customers actions that are completely outside your control. If you ask for help they will offer to only take away your bonus potential for the next six months to help you get caught up. Priorities change daily, and everything is an emergency. Management pressures people to work off the clock to avoid over time to get unrealistic amounts of work done without...

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

NONE!! There was low pay. No financial reward for excellence in customer service. The workers worked off the clock to keep up with their workload

    Cons

highly competitive market which is okay if the competition was rooted in succeeding together. It is very cut throat and seasoned employees were very envious of seeing newer employees succeed. The management needs to grow depth in knowledge so that the can be of better assistance..

    Advice to Management

Promote from within to reps who really want to help and not just those that want to get a pay increase.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Extensive training, decent benefits, decent hourly pay rate (if experienced), plenty of PTO, friendly and receptive direct management, flex scheduling allowed for appointments.

    Cons

Monthly bonus removed and substituted with annual bonus. For tenured employees, that eliminated a maximum of $2000 each month of income. Internal promotions only allow a maximum of 10% in raise, which can take a salary position and make it less cost effective than your previous area of employment.

    Advice to Management

Stop cutting pay and incentives for your employees. Top talent will leave if you don't give them a means of making good money. Why excel when you can make the same money with half the effort?

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great culture but it's impossible to participate with working as a Home Preservation Specialist

    Cons

    1. Bad training. 2. Bad manager. 3. It's all about reports 4. Eployees that succeed have been their for over 5 years and they know the tricks, and they don't share the wealth. 5. personal life is negatively effected.

    Advice to Management

Do side by side with employees to correct process gaps. And hire a new company to manage pipelines. ER is always crashing.
