    Pros

Work life balance, good management, good infrastructure and easy commuting to anywhere in the city, near to airport. Awesome recreational facilities. Great functions like annual day, family day, fund raising, womens day etc. Excellent platform to learn different technology and get trained on professional certifications.

    Cons

Food in cafeteria is not so good. Huge traffic outside the office, food delivery not possible till office building. Not very strong senior leadership. No culture of talking in internationally accepted language (English) , everyone speaks in regional language.

    Advice to Management

Hire people from other cultures and cities. Word diversity is not restricted to women only.
