I have been working at Wells Fargo as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Most people are pretty nice

    Cons

Haven't learned anything about the business. Took forever to get set up with a computer and logins, and then I almost had my computer taken away due to conflict between my boss and their boss.

    Advice to Management

Structure your internships such that it's a mutually beneficial relationship where the intern learns something

I worked at Wells Fargo as an intern

    Pros

Really good work experience, learned a lot about private wealth management, even just as an intern. Since you won't be licensed, most of the work you will be doing will be administrative in nature but very client focused, It felt like the advisors and CA's really cared about the clients.

    Cons

No cons, it was a good learning experience working with financial advisors and client associates as an intern.

    Advice to Management

    None
