    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    5 weeks vacation
    Excellent benefits
    telecommute when appropriate

    Cons

The company has high turnover amongst professional positions
Low salaries and management's denial that salaries are not competitive
Strong bias against employees for being over 30 in age - the company spends too much time praising the under 30 population.
    High pressure, high stress.
Constantly changing the process - overprocessing topics to death.

    Advice to Management

Fix the salary issue and the turnover will stop. The bank needs tenured employees with history. The industry is complicated and having seasoned employees is a strong asset.
